  • Individual therapy is a space to slow down, sort through what’s weighing on you, and build clarity around what you need. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded moving forward.

    I work with adults navigating:

    • Anxiety and stress

    • Perfectionism & self-pressure

    • Self-esteem & identity

    • Life transitions & adjustment

    • Burnout and work-life balance

    • Boundaries & people-pleasing

My approach is person-centered, meaning therapy is collaborative and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all process. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts and patterns while building practical strategies you can apply in everyday life.

  • Couples therapy focuses on helping partners better understand each other, improve communication, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy can help you create healthier patterns and deeper connection.

    I work with couples navigating:

    • Infidelity and betrayal recovery

    • Premarital counseling and building a strong foundation

    • Communication breakdown and recurring conflict

    • Emotional disconnection and intimacy concerns

    • Rebuilding trust and rebuilding closeness

    • Navigating major life stressors as a team

I use an attachment-based lens and integrate The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples understand the deeper emotions underneath conflict, strengthen connection, and build practical tools for communication and repair.

  • Adolescence can be an intense season of life—emotionally, socially, and academically. Many teens feel pressure to perform, fit in, and manage big emotions without always knowing how to express what they’re experiencing. Therapy offers a steady, supportive space for teens to feel understood, develop coping tools, and build confidence as they navigate this stage of life.

    I work with teens experiencing:

    • Anxiety, stress & overwhelm

    • ADHD and focus/organization challenges

    • Low self-esteem and confidence struggles

    • Perfectionism and academic pressure

    • Social stress, friendship issues, and peer conflict

    • Life transitions (divorce, moving, changing schools, identity development)
