Services

  • Individual therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with what you need. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical tools, and help you feel more grounded and steady moving forward.

    I work with adults navigating:

    • Ongoing stress or feeling stretched too thin

    • Perfectionism and high self-pressure

    • Self-worth and identity shifts

    • Life transitions and periods of change

    • Burnout and work-life imbalance

    • Boundaries and people-pleasing patterns

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from person-centered therapy, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution-focused approaches, to help you better understand your patterns while building tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life—and helping you respond to yourself with more flexibility and self-trust.

  • Couples therapy is a space to slow things down and better understand what’s happening in your relationship. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or working through a rupture, therapy can help you move out of reactive patterns and toward more meaningful connection.

Together, we’ll work to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create a stronger foundation in your relationship.

    I work with couples navigating:

    • Communication challenges and recurring conflict

    • Feeling disconnected or emotionally distant

    • Trust concerns, including betrayal or infidelity

    • Life transitions impacting the relationship

    • Premarital counseling and relationship preparation

    • Intimacy and emotional closeness

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based relationship work. I draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen connection, and build tools you can use both in and outside of sessions.

  • Therapy for teens is a space to feel supported, understood, and able to talk openly without pressure or judgment. Adolescence can come with a lot of internal and external stress—and having a space to process it can make a meaningful difference.

    I work with teens navigating:

    • Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed

    • Self-esteem and identity development

    • Academic pressure and school-related stress

    • ADHD-related challenges

    • Social dynamics and peer relationships

    • Life transitions and family changes

My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each teen. I help teens better understand themselves, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
